Blair is most skilled in the co-ordination of construction documents and consultant input. Blair is also the firms leading in-house resource for the regular updating of building technical systems and monitoring of construction cost estimates through our updated data base systems.

Doug is the contract administration liaison between the contractor and Stafford Haensli Architects. Doug is highly skilled in co-ordination between consultant and client during and post contract administration phase. His attention to detail, cost control, diligent review and processing of contract administration documents provides the final contribution resulting in project completion that is on time and budget.

Lucy is an experienced and skilled project team manager. Her special strength is an ability to synchronize the involvement of sub-consultants in the preparation of the Detail Design and production of Contract Documents (drawings and specifications) which maintain the goals and objectives of the project through to the construction phase. Lucy is also a key in-house manager of our project approvals with authorities having jurisdiction.

Alek acts as liaison and maintains a close and effective working relationship between contractors, consultants, suppliers and building inspectors, with respect to all site construction and warranty periods. Alek prepares project schedules, timely reports, monthly status reports and reviews tender packages.
Bachar is responsible for the preparation of drawings, specifications and additional construction documents. As a part of the team Bachar oversees coordination with sub-consultants and the tender package documents as a part of our in-house quality control.

Suzana’s work realm encompasses a variety of design situations. Suzana interacts as an interior design liaison with the client group throughout the project. Her attention to detail with interior elements is further strengthened through client meetings and client objectives. Her role is to review interior and exterior finishes and details, update all interior schedules and reports, interact with product representatives to ensure current information is being utilized. In recent years Suzana has worked closely with several School Boards to create their Braille Signage standards. She is well versed with interior signage requirements, CNIB requirements and signage for wayfinding. She will act as the in-house consultant to all of your signage needs.
